Angélique is an actress, singer, and voice coach, emphasizing the importance of a well-tuned voice as a reflection of one's inner state. Trained as a Life Coach, she helps uncover hidden talents using creative tools and organizes mindfulness and creativity retreats. Nádia is a warm and compassionate woman who pours her passion for health, well-being, and inner balance into everything she does. As spa therapist she gained her expertise in traditional Chinese medicine and fulfilled her lifelong dream by becoming a certified Hatha Yoga teacher. Born and raised on the enchanting island of Faial, Nádia draws deep inspiration and connection from the powerful nature of the Azores.

Her professional journey has taken her to remarkable milestones, from her role as Spa Team Member of Pestana Hotel to the the prestigious Sensi Nature Spa, where she mastered the art of providing luxurious, healing experiences.

With her skilled hands, profound knowledge, and intuitive care, she offers her guests not just treatments, but transformative moments of release and inner peace—enhanced by the breathtaking magic of the Azores.

Micheline loves art, drama, dance, and teaching yoga. She discovered yoga over 10 years ago in Thailand, where she earned her Yoga Teacher Qualification. The practice transformed her life, helping her achieve balance and overall wellness. Her teaching is a mix of strong and graceful movements, including Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin styles, influenced by her dance background. Micheline aims to create a welcoming space where students can enjoy and explore their potential. She loves helping others discover their abilities through inspiring flows that encourage self-love and awareness of the body and mind.
